Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use an 8idapk account. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 8idapk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts held by persons under 21 will be immediately closed, all balances forfeited, and any winnings voided.

2.2 Residency & Geographic Eligibility

The 8idapk platform is directed primarily at adult residents of Indonesia. You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. 8idapk makes no representation that its services are appropriate or lawfully available in any location outside Indonesia. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited is not permitted.

2.3 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (KTP) or passport.
• A valid date of birth confirming you are 21 or older.
• A valid email address to which you have sole access.
• A mobile phone number registered in your name in Indonesia.
• Bank account or e-wallet details registered in your own name for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

Providing false, misleading, or third-party information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account with 8idapk:

• Individuals under 21 years of age.
• Employees, contractors, directors, or agents of 8idapk or its affiliated operators.
• Immediate family members of the above (spouse, parent, child, sibling).
• Individuals who have previously had an 8idapk account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• Individuals who have self-excluded from the platform for a period that has not yet expired.

Account Management

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on the 8idapk platform at any time. If we identify that you have opened, or attempted to open, more than one account — whether under the same or different credentials — we reserve the right to close all associated accounts and void any related balances and bonuses without prior notice.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. 8idapk will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify 8idapk support immediately. You are liable for all activity on your account until such notification is received and confirmed by our security team.

3.3 KYC Verification

8idapk applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage:

• National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport.
• Selfie photograph alongside your identity document.
• Bank statement or e-wallet transaction history confirming ownership of the payment method used.

Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe, or submission of fraudulent documents, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3.4 Account Closure by the Member

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 8idapk support. All pending bets must be settled and all eligible withdrawal requests processed before closure is finalised. Accounts that are closed at the member's request may be reopened, subject to identity re-verification, provided the member has not self-excluded under the responsible gaming programme.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

8idapk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The platform does not accept cryptocurrency or foreign-currency transfers.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to verify current limits before initiating a transaction.

4.3 Own-Name Transactions Only

All deposits to and withdrawals from your 8idapk account must be made using a bank account, debit card, or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. Transactions from or to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Any third-party transaction detected will trigger an immediate account review. Funds received from a third-party source may be returned to the originating account, and the receiving account may be suspended.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to 8idapk are processed on a best-endeavours basis, with the target processing time being under three minutes for standard requests. Withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks for high-value amounts, first-time withdrawals from a new payment method, or where security concerns have been flagged. Approved withdrawals are typically received by the member within the standard clearing time of the relevant bank or e-wallet provider.

4.5 Unclaimed Balances

If your account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or bet activity) for a continuous period of twelve months or more, 8idapk reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 to your balance. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in and perform any account activity at least once every twelve months.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 8idapk are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, in addition to the general terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this section, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games or markets are stated in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on markets with very high odds, or placed in patterns that suggest low-risk exploitation of bonus funds, may be excluded from wagering requirement calculations at 8idapk's sole discretion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

8idapk takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. The following behaviours constitute bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and may result in permanent account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to create low-risk or guaranteed outcomes using bonus funds (bonus arbitrage or bonus hunting).
• Using the same IP address, device, or payment method as another account that has claimed the same promotion.
• Withdrawing a promotional balance before satisfying applicable wagering requirements.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance without further notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

5.5 Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions

8idapk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any amendment does not retrospectively reduce entitlements already earned by a member under the original promotion terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the 8idapk sportsbook are subject to the sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as published within the platform. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation message and a bet reference number. 8idapk reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its discretion, including in circumstances where a pricing error has occurred or where the integrity of a market is in doubt.

6.2 Odds and Market Changes

Odds on live and pre-match markets are subject to change without notice. The odds that apply to your bet are those displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed. 8idapk is not responsible for odds changes occurring between the time you begin entering a bet and the time it is confirmed. For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must be confirmed for the bet to stand; partial acceptance of selections is not available.

6.3 Togel Draw Rules

Results for togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws hosted on 8idapk are based on official draw outputs from the relevant issuing body. In the event of a draw cancellation or postponement by the official issuing body, 8idapk will follow the rules of the relevant market as published in the platform's togel rules section. Disputed togel results must be submitted to support within 24 hours of the relevant draw time (WIB).

6.4 Casino and Slot Game Rules

All casino games — including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and slot titles — are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented within the game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game, the round will be voided and your stake returned. 8idapk is not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including your internet connection or device performance.

6.5 Void Bets and Settlements

A bet will be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled; the market is suspended or withdrawn prior to the event starting; a material pricing error has occurred; or 8idapk determines that the integrity of the event or market has been compromised. Void bets do not count toward bonus wagering requirements.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8idapk platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or poker to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in the platform for financial gain.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or security controls.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or distribute any part of the 8idapk platform without written authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour toward 8idapk staff or other members.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 8idapk platform — including but not limited to the 8idapk brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 8idapk or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 8idapk content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of 8idapk's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Privacy & Data

8idapk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering for an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8idapk uses industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Stored passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never accessible in recoverable plaintext. All personal data is held securely and is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to the personal data held about you, to request corrections to inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data in circumstances where 8idapk is not legally required to retain it. To exercise any of these rights, please contact our support team.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8idapk's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 8idapk account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8idapk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from:

• Your inability to access or use the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in third-party payment processing systems (including BCA, BRI, GoPay, OVO, or other providers).
• Bets placed in error, including bets placed under misapprehension of the odds or market conditions.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Changes to applicable law that affect the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits 8idapk's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by 8idapk

8idapk reserves the right to suspend your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account is the subject of a fraud, security, or integrity investigation.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory instruction.
• Your continued use of the platform poses a risk to the safety or security of the platform or other members.

During a suspension, access to your account, deposits, bets, and withdrawals may be restricted. 8idapk will endeavour to communicate the reason for suspension to the extent permitted by law and resolve any investigation in a timely manner.

11.2 Permanent Closure

Following investigation, 8idapk may permanently close an account where a material breach of these Terms has been confirmed. In such cases, any balance derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of fair play rules will be forfeited. Legitimate deposits not implicated in the breach may be returned to the originating payment method at 8idapk's discretion.

11.3 Voluntary Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to take a break from gambling or who are concerned about their gambling behaviour may request self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings, or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion periods range from seven days to twelve months, with a permanent option also available. Please refer to our Responsible Gaming page for full details.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator's jurisdiction of incorporation. You agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the operator's registered jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the above, 8idapk reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction it deems appropriate to protect its legitimate business interests, intellectual property, and platform integrity.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.

Amendments

8idapk reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material amendments are made, we will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered members via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 8idapk platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request closure of your account before the amendments take effect.
